Great as ever. Glad to see a place standing up against the coronavirus lie.

Food is not all that good. Price is too high for the food. Waitresses were great, but it took a long time to receive our order, some of the people in my group food was cold. Not the place for a group unless you eating just off the salad bar.

Wonderful staff. The steak was not as good as I thought it would be. Salad bar is amazing.

They forgot to put 2 of our orders in, one of the steaks was cold when it came out, and both catfish plates were undercooked. The salad bar was good, but that's it. We will more than likely not be eating there again, which is sad because I have eaten at Cedar Lane since I was a young child.

Place is awesome beautiful quiet place food is awesome salad bar is out of this world anything u can think of on salad bar .best food I have had in long time. Ppl are sweet and very nice. Prices are great would recommend .

We got there a little after 5 and they were just getting busy, we had very prompt service. We helped ourselves to their huge salad bar, which was pretty amazing by the way. Our food came out shortly after, I must say appearance isn't everything. Everything looked "pretty and good" on the plate but it was just "ok". My steak was just warm, not hot like it had just been cooked. My husband's scallops were great though! Dr. Don was performing live music and that was a nice change in atmosphere for us, we really enjoyed that! It's safe to say, we will probably go back!

Forst time visoting amd ot was great. We will return.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. We have heard great things about it and it was fantastic. Such a variety. We ordered steak off of the menu and had the salad bar. Wow!!!! What a salad bar. Go up one side and come down the other side. Great place to go. Check with them before you go because they are open odd times. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Wheelchairs can maneuver easily inside the restaurant.

We love to eat here when we visit. Our son loves the animals but the food is always amazing. Just get there in time. If your good your good.

Salad bar was awesome as always. We ordered our food and ate our salad. We noticed people had come in after us ate and left and we still didn't have our food. When this was questioned our waitress was sent over, she grinned and said I am sorry we over looked your order but they are working on it now, there is nothing else we can do. We told her we no longer wanted our food, she said so you just want to do the salad bar then, with a big grin on her face. We asked to see the manager but the manager never came over. Needless to say service was bad.

The salad bar was good and big. The catfish was tasty. However this restaurant is way out in the country. There are Trump supporting signage all over the restaurant. There are Confederate flags hanging in the walls. None of these items are visible outside and you don't see them until your inside the restaurant. They have MAGA hats for sale This was very off putting. The wait staff was kind and polite. Service was good. We won't re-visit.

It was pretty good food. Loved the porch that you could feed the fish from. Great atmosphere

So yummy we fed the ducks and fish while we waited for the yummiest steak make sure u ask for it a little less then u would normally get it they cook it a little over but it is so good and the salad bar is the best one yet everything u could want. The atmosphere is very hunter cabin like very cool inside. Make sure u take a trip to the deck outside. Worth the drive out of ur way if u like good food and adventures.

We love Cedar Lane. A down home favorite. Great steaks and fish, plus the salad bar alone is a good enough reason to visit. It has everything! Also our boys love going out on the porch to feed the fish, ducks, and turtles. Family fun all around.

This is the first weekend that they have been open since COVID-19. You would expect them to be a bit rusty after being closed for so long, but you would be wrong. The are doing a marvelous job of serving fresh, delicious food while going to great measures to protect their customers. It is worth the trip to this out of the way jewel. The salad bar might not be quite as large as some of the chains out there, but I would put their quality up against any out there. I really can't speak to the quality of their steaks, because I ALWAYS order the prime rib. They have spoiled me. Now I am disappointed with prime rib most anywhere else.

Favorite place for buffet eating outside McRae Ga steaks are great!!! Awesome Seafood. Unusual decor if you like wildlife you will Love it also pond behind where you can buy food and feed the fish and ducks off back porch A Must Try place Large salad Bar plenty of fresh choices.wild game from all over the world from elk to wolves buffalo bobcats and gazelle, fish and stuffed trophies from the world all artfully displayed.

Went with friends from hunting club. Loved the there. Beautiful inside and out. Servers were all so good and good, which I got was Shrimp, was awesome.

Best restaurant in town in my opinion, and best salad bar in the state too. I love eating here when I stop through McRae. Everyone knows everybody and it adds a nice homey feeling to the restaurant.

On the road with a stay over in McRae, we asked some locals for a recommendation. They steered us to Cedar Lane and the recommendation was spot-on. Fried shrimp and scallops was our choice. Steak and Catfish were enjoyed nearby. The salad bar is extensive and included with the meal.

We have been back since our initial visit. The highlight of eating here is the salad bar - there is not another like it in this area. It includes many choices and they are all delicious! We’ve had catfish, shrimp, steak, and pork chops and everything was wonderful! I love the memorabilia here - ambiance is the bomb!

Steak cooked to perfection fantastic salad bar. Polite and good at their job. They continuesly clean the tables and restaurant with disinfectants. To maintain a good and healthy place. In the country which adds to the appeal and setting of country life. On the lake live music 😎 good staff. Might have to wait just a little on your food but that's how I know it's gonna be fresh and hot

Most excellent gem hidden away in the woods. Get the Delmonico you won't be dissatisfied. The salad bar is top notch too
